Development Intern (FALL 2014)
Working directly with the development staff, Tuesday’s Children is seeking an intern for September through year end to assist with the work of the department including but not limited to:  database management, events planning and execution, communication with donors and outbound solicitation. Knowledge of Microsoft Office a must.  Raiser's Edge experience a plus. Some research skills are helpful. This position reports directly to the Development Director and can accommodate a flexible, but regular, schedule. The position is based in the Rockefeller Center Office.

Development Research Intern (FALL 2014)
Tuesday’s Children is seeking an intern for September through year end to assist with research for the department with a focus on donor development.  Excellent opportunity for persons interested in non-profit development work to learn how to research with a targeted outcome under the guidance of the director. Knowledge  of Microsoft Office and evidence of research skills a must.  Raiser's Edge experience a plus. This position reports directly to the Development Director and can accommodate a flexible, but regular, schedule. The position is based in the Rockefeller Center Office.

Technology & Website Intern (Fall 2014)
Tuesday’s Children is seeking a volunteer with strong skills in WordPress Website design and management to work directly with our Advertising & Marketing Manager in updating and refreshing our website.  Excellent hands-on opportunity to use your web skill set and understand how the design and operation of the site directly relates to the mission and work of the organization. This position is available in the Manhasset (LI) office and can accommodate a flexible, but regular schedule.

Database Maintenance Assistant
Tuesday's Children has a large database that requires maintenance and updating with the most current available data.  Persons with computer familiarity can quickly learn how to update the changes of address or other important information.  Raiser's Edge experience a plus. Some research skills are helpful. Position can accommodate flexible schedules and can be accomplished in either the Manhasset (LI) or Rockefeller Center office.

Marketing & Advertising Assistant
Working directly with the Marketing & Advertising Manager, this volunteer position would include reviewing, sorting and labeling photos to be used in various communication vehicles including print and social media.  With appropriate experience, working with the Manager, creation of social media communications could be included. Artistic ability, photographic understanding and computer skills (MAC and PC) are required.  This position is available in the Manhasset (LI) office.

Photographer
Tuesday’s Children is seeking a volunteer with strong photographic skills to take pictures at our fundraising events and program activities. These photos will be used in communication vehicles (print, website, and social media) to share the work undertaken by our organization.  This position is available in the Manhasset (LI) or NYC office, and reports directly to the Marketing and Advertising Manager. The volunteer would need to be available for events and programs that occur during the week and on weekends.  Attendance at all events is not necessary.
